The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens is a two-day workshop that is based on the best-selling book by Sean Covey, and the number one best-selling personal leadership book 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People' by Stephen R. Covey.

The workshop helps teenagers practically apply personal leadership principles to the tough choices they face. It gives young people a set of tools to deal successfully with real life situations so that they can learn how to gain greater control of their lives and build relationships of high trust.

Who is the workshop tailored for?

This workshop is perfect for teens who would like to develop their character to live a principle-centred life with effective habits that will enable them to be resilient, resourceful and responsible.

Habits 1, 2 and 3 deals with self-mastery, called the "private victory." Habits 4, 5, 6 deal with relationships, working well with others and teamwork, or the "public victory." The last habit, habit 7, is the habit of renewal. It feeds the other six habits.

All teenagers can benefit from a step-by-step framework for boosting your self-worth, building friendships, resisting peer pressure, achieving goals, improving communication and relationships with peers and parents. The 7 habits provides the tools for seeing and doing things differently so that teenagers can gain better results in all areas of their life.

Teenagers receive a copy of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers book by Sean Covey and a 52 page participant guide for the workshop.

The course in highly interactive with many fun and engaging activities, and inspiring video content, however, teenagers are expected to apply themselves on the workshop.
